2.Booking,cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Terms and conditions
Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups has taken every care to remove risks and hazards during the Groups and activities.
1. Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times whilst at Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups. Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups cannot accept any such responsibility.
2. Under no circumstance will Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a messy play session.
3. Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them.
4. Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups reserves the right to require anyone, child or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others. Attending adults are responsible for the safety of their child/children during each session. This includes the use of all materials and equipment and to ensure that you and your child/children behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other children or adults.
5.We recommend that children wear clothing appropriate for messy play as Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups will not be liable for any stains or marks on children’s clothes.
6. Please do not attend the session with your child if they are ill and risk infecting other children. Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups reserves the right to request a child leave the session if it is felt they are an infection risk to others.
Please also inform a member of staff if your child has had a toilet accident so the station/products can be taken away to be cleaned sterilized and replaced.
7. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure the child/children do not interact with any material/food substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children. (The packaging of food products are available on request if the parents are unsure of the ingredients).
8. We make every effort to supply items that are either edible, non-toxic/ hypoallergenic. However, we advise that all materials provided including foodstuffs are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a chocking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attribute from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying.
9. We regret we are unable to provide refunds for non-attendance. However, if you would like to move your booking to a later date, please contact Katy Lamb to arrange this prior to your booked session.
Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups is covered by Public Liability Insurance.
Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups is required to hold a register of each attendee at every Groups for insurance purposes. Please note that your registration information will NOT be passed on to any other person, organisation or company.
2. Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can Book sessions with Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups by:
emailing email@example.com with details of the session you would like attend, the names of attendees, and a contact telephone number.
You will receive a confirmation email of booking within 24 hours.
If the session you have requested is full, you will receive an email with details of next available sessions within 24 hours.
When booking a session with Coleshill Toddler & Baby Groups you must pay in full before your to session.
You can pay via PayPal or with cash on arrival to your session. An invoice will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
If you are unable to attend
If you are unable to attend one of your sessions for any reason, you do not have to cancel if you don’t want to. Contact Katy Lamb via email or by phone (07568398959) and we can rebook your session for a later date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you would like to cancel your booking with Coleshill Woodland Toddler & Baby Groups, you may do so up to 24 hours before your booked session.
Pleases send a cancellation email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive confirmation of cancellation with 24 hours.
Full refund will be made within 2-5 working days via your original payment method.
